The REHIS Food Safety Management System for Caterers course has been created for those responsible for the development and maintenance of a food safety management procedure based on HACCP principles in catering & hospitality establishments.

The syllabus aims to provide the delegate with the knowledge and understanding required to introduce CookSafe (a HACCP based food safety assurance system) in to a business. CookSafe is designed to assist catering businesses to understand and implement a HACCP based system.

Assessment & Certification:

On successful completion of the course, a National Accredited Certificate in Food Safety System for Caterers Course will be issued by the Royal Environmental Health Institute of Scotland (REHIS).
